A structured, externally delivered mindfulness and socio-emotional learning programme for secondary schools — supporting student wellbeing, focus and relational skills. In research collaboration with Brunel University London.
Student mental health needs have never been more urgent — and schools are absorbing the pressure. These four statistics tell the story.
P.E.A.C.E. stands for Presence, Emotions, Attention, Cooperation and Empathy — five interconnected domains of psychosocial development, woven into a 10-week curriculum.
Each student receives 20 structured sessions over 10 weeks, moving progressively from inner awareness to outer connection.
A trained instructor comes to you. No teacher training required. Each session follows the same four-part structure.
The P.E.A.C.E.® programme has been in action research since 2018 in France. Now entering its first UK feasibility study with Brunel University London.
A calmer, more serene classroom atmosphere, greater kindness, and improved concentration. I've noticed effects on both students and teachers.
I no longer hesitated to pause and offer a short practice when students seemed tired or distracted — it helped them refocus. This has been invaluable.
Peace has helped me to be more attentive and to calm down more easily, at home and at school. I love the practices — they've helped me be more open to what's happening around me.
Participating schools receive the full programme at a reduced fee, in exchange for joining our university research collaboration with Brunel. No commitment at first conversation.
No obligation. Just a chance to explore whether this is the right fit for your school.
