C
Cooperation
Active listening, talking circles and inclusive practices that build genuine relational trust.
E
Empathy
Perspective-taking activities that cultivate empathy and strengthen the school community.

02
Guided experience
A structured experiential activity — body-based, relational or reflective — aligned to the week's theme.
03
Reflection
Students verbalise and process what arose, building emotional vocabulary and metacognitive awareness.
04

Voices from the programme

What schools and students say

"

A calmer, more serene classroom atmosphere, greater kindness, and improved concentration. I've noticed effects on both students and teachers.

School Principal
Secondary school, France
"

I no longer hesitated to pause and offer a short practice when students seemed tired or distracted — it helped them refocus. This has been invaluable.

Class teacher
Secondary school
"

Peace has helped me to be more attentive and to calm down more easily, at home and at school. I love the practices — they've helped me be more open to what's happening around me.
